8:00 a.m. 5K Race & Walk Begins

Directions from Kingwood:
• Go South on West Lake Houston Parkway towards the Beltway
• Turn Left on Deussen Parkway (This is in Summerwood ~ at a stoplight ~ gas station w/ McDonald's on the left)
• Turn Left on Deussen Drive (This takes you into the park ~ continue straight until you reach the open air pavilion near the lake)
Go to Shelter # 4 for late registration.
Packet Pickup
You will be able to pick up your race packets on the weekend of the race at either of the following locations. Please collect your packet prior to race day.
Friday, November 6th from 12:00-6:00 pm
at Christ The King Church

AND
Saturday, November 7th from 12:00-4:00 pm
at the Summerwood Residents Club Central (Main Clubhouse)

Parking
Free parking will be available on site.
Course
The race starts by the boat docks on Lake Houston, winds around on a scenic jogging path throughout Deussen Park, and ends back at the open air pavilion where the post race celebration will be held. Strollers are permitted, however, we request participants with strollers move towards the back behind the walkers.
Post-Race Party
Immediately following the conclusion of the run/walk all participants are welcome to join in the post race celebration held in the open air pavilion. Enjoy the live entertainment from American Idol's Sundance Head, great food, fun activities for the children, and the awards presentation.
Rain or Shine
Addison Faith Bender's Inaugural Walk by Faith will occur rain or shine. Addi's Faith Foundation reserves the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In that event, there will be no refunds, rather, your entry fee will be considered a donation to Addi's Faith Foundation.
Awards
Awards will be given to the overall male and female finisher. Age group awards will be given to 1st-3rd place male and female finishers in the following categories: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 & up.
