Directions from Kingwood:
• Go South on West Lake Houston Parkway towards the Beltway
• Turn Left on Deussen Parkway (This is in Summerwood ~ at a stoplight ~ gas station w/ McDonald's on the left)
• Turn Left on Deussen Drive (This takes you into the park ~ continue straight until you reach the open air pavilion near the lake)

Free parking will be available on site.
Packet Pick-Up
Please try to pick up your race packet prior to race day. Packet pickup is scheduled for:

Course
The race starts by the boat docks on Lake Houston, winds around on a scenic jogging path throughout Deussen Park, and ends back at the open air pavilion where the post race celebration will be held. Strollers are permitted, however, we request participants with strollers move towards the back behind the walkers. We will have a shortcut for tired little legs who can't quite make the full 5K!
Post-Race Party
Immediately following the conclusion of the run/walk all participants are welcome to join in the post race celebration held in the open air pavilion. Enjoy the lively music, yummy food, Fun Zone for the children, raffle, and the awards presentation.
Late Registration & Late Packet Pick-Up
Late registration will be available on race day, however, t-shirt sizes and availability cannot be guaranteed. Go to the large pavilion at the race start to register and/or pick up your race packets. Please allow yourself plenty of time if registering on race day.
Rain or Shine
Addison Faith Bender's Walk by Faith will occur rain or shine. Addi's Faith Foundation reserves the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In that event, there will be no refunds, rather, your entry fee will be considered a donation to Addi's Faith Foundation.
Awards
5K--Awards will be given to the overall male and female finisher. Age group awards will be given to 1st-3rd place male and female finishers in the following categories: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 & up.
1K--Awards will be given to the top 3 male and top 3 female finishers. All 1K participants will receive ribbons.
Sunrise Service
At 7:30 am we will have a Sunrise Service at Pavilion 4. This is located at the start of the race just right of the large pavilion. Join us in a time of prayer, song, and worship as the sun rises over Lake Houston. To God be the glory!
